PagerDuty

Like so many companies that begin with a single product or service, PagerDuty was having a hard time overcoming the perception that they only offer incident response. They came to us in need of a brand awareness campaign that finally got through to business decision makers that it’s time to rip off the bandaid and adopt a modern operations stack — and that PagerDuty is the perfect partner for doing so.

As creative director, I led our writing and design team to stay in lock step as we explored concepts far and wide. From claymation to surprisingly sleek decision-trees, we tried out many directions until we landed on the playful and beloved Operations Intervention. Along with the concept, we created a campaign toolkit that included a messaging framework, A/B messaging testing, visual guidelines, illustrations and applications.

This campaign is currently live (Jan ‘24).
